Infrastructure / Two distinct assignments
Consents and programme integration
Elliott Hale undertook two separate consultancy assignments on the Lower Thames Crossing: client-side consents and interface coordination supporting National Highways through Infrastructure Matters (June 2022–June 2024), followed by consents, planning and multidisciplinary interface coordination for Skanska’s Kent Roads delivery-partner team (June 2024–7 October 2026). His role connected planning, environmental, traffic, utilities and design inputs with statutory requirements and delivery readiness.
Planning / Prior AUGC consultancy
Strategic planning and infrastructure delivery
In a 2016–17 consultancy assignment through AUGC Ltd, Elliott Hale led preparation of Richmond upon Thames’ Infrastructure Delivery Plan. He engaged council services and external providers, including health stakeholders, to identify and coordinate infrastructure requirements. He also managed Article 4 policy and consultation activity, coordinating legal and specialist input, consultation arrangements and site notices. The councils retained responsibility for their statutory decisions.
Approach to experience
The emphasis is on the work personally undertaken, the organisations involved and the decisions or issues addressed—not on attributing programme-wide outcomes to one adviser.
Experience is described with clear organisational attribution.
